In the Khabarovsk Territory, a 23-year-old Russian accused of attempted murder of a friend will stand trial. About this on Tuesday, August 2, informs regional department of the Investigative Committee of Russia (TFR).
According to investigators, on April 5, on Bonivura Street in the city of Bikin, a drunken man attacked his acquaintance with a knife and inflicted at least five stab wounds on him. Despite being seriously injured, the victim of the attack managed to fight back and escape from the attacker. Medics quickly arrived and helped the victim, thanks to which the man managed to survive.
The TFR initiated and investigated a criminal case under Article 105 (“Attempted Murder”) of the Criminal Code (CC) of the Russian Federation. The man partially pleaded guilty to the crime. The case with the indictment approved by the prosecutor was sent to the court for consideration on the merits.
Earlier it was reported that in the Moscow region, investigators began checking after a Russian attacked a company of men resting in nature.
