The Congress of Deputies has seen in its session of March 20 a barrage on the right and the ultra -right against the welfare and health of people in Spain. To what should have been a State Pact that led to the approval of the Law for the creation of the State Public Health Agency, whose existence has been pending for almost three decades, whose need has been more than evidenced during the Covid 19 pandemic and whose relevance has been repeatedly accepted by all the political forces of the parliamentary arc, it has responded with one more of the political tacicisms of polarization to polarization Ultranza in which to block any initiative that comes from the Government becomes a weapon throws at the price, and in which it has been very clear that the forces that have voted against people do not care about the health of people, nor the strengthening of the State in public health, nor the best epidemiological surveillance and pandemic preparation.
The Popular Party and Junts Per Catalunya have joined their votes to the medieval darkness of Vox to reject the bill of creation of the State Public Health Agency in the Plenary Session of the Congress of Deputies. With this decision they have given a low coup to public health in Spain harming the whole of Spanish society. The fallacy of their arguments is rampant, they have been hypocritical and have betrayed the health of the Spaniards.
