The contract signed between the Ministry of Transport and Renfe travelers for the OSP, in force until 2028 but extendable until 2033, already provides for this year the tender of at least 3 % of the total value of the contract, with a view to the fact that on January 1, 2026 the services can be provided by the winners. At the moment the department of Oscar Puente has not spoken about when the tenders or the lines that will be affected will be carried out.
