The renewed shows of the Christmas Circus and the Cabaret will be the highlight of the holiday programming

Torrelavega will once again tell these holidays with the Christmas Circus and Raúl Alegría’s Cabaretwho return with some international artists who perform in the best circuses in the world and “renewed” shows. Thus, there will be artists from countries such as Germany, Cuba, the United States or Argentina; and numbers such as the disappearance of all of them at the end of the show, snow inside the tent, a number of soap bubbles, another of drones, a levitation and a “unique” Christmas story in which a witch will try to kill the spirit of Christmas.

The Councilor for Commerce and Tourism, Cristina García Viñas, presented this Monday together with Raúl Alegría two of the “star” activities of the ‘Christmas is Torrelavega’ programwhich will take place in a tent with capacity for 300 people that will be installed from December 20 to January 12 in the Zapatón parking lot, located next to the municipal building in Plaza Baldomero Iglesias.

The councilor has highlighted that these activities will make Torrelavega a “reference during these times, a place where you can enjoy unique shows and unforgettable moments with family and friends”. For its part, Alegría is confident of repeating last year’s success, in which 17 consecutive performances were sold out. “We are very excited, it is a unique show, even more ambitious than in previous years, 100% renewed and created exclusively for the city,” he stressed.

The Christmas Circus performances are scheduled from December 20 to January 12at 6:30 p.m., except on December 24 and 31 and January 5, 7, 8 and 9, when there will be no performance. Regarding the Cabaretthey have explained that It will be an “exclusive” show for adults that pays “homage” to the city’s historic cabaret. This event, “completely renewed”, will be presented by Raúl Massana. The performances will be on December 26, 27 and 28 and January 3, 4, 10 and 11.
