Guamúchil, Sinaloa.- The elections where the new leaders of the SNTE section 53began at 9:00 a.m. this day in the city of Guamúchil, and from the first minutes of the opening of the polls, the voters gave a positive response at the different voting points in the Évora Region.
“We started the electoral process, with great calm, respect and organization, respecting all the health protocol, and with great agility,” were the words of Martín Humberto Urtado Nieblas, commissioner of the National Executive Committee.
Humberto Urtado mentioned that the teachers have been very participatory, and have respected the election process, as indicated by the call issued by the National Committee for Sectional Change 53, as well as taking into account the health measures.
He added that just a few minutes after the opening of the poll located at the SNTE secondary school, 75 percent of the teachers had already gone to vote, which shows a great responsibility on their part, and also reflects that they are very motivated to participate in this process.

It should be noted that the voting points opened at 9:00 a.m. and will close at 1:00 p.m.
