The Real Betis Balompié Foundation This Tuesday, it presented its report of activities for the 2023-24 season with the intervention of Rafael Gordillo, its president, and Rafael Muela, its manager, who took stock of the main milestones, including aid to the victims of DANA in Valencia. and the Forever Green sustainable project. Rafael Gordillo posed with the four star signings of the Foundation in recent years (the children Paola, Jesús, Alba and Bruno) and thanked everyone. The Real Betis Foundation has acted in up to 61 countries such as Malawi, Iraq, Venezuela, Japan, the United States, Italy, Guinea Bissau, Burkina Fasso, Ghana, Morocco, Kenya, Georgia, Ireland, Croatia, Greece, France… They have reached 20,576 children and adolescents, with 252 organizations supported, with 63 own projects, 43 implications in projects of other entities, 32 social campaigns and with an executed budget of almost one and a half million euros. “The goal is to reach 50,000 people according to our strategic plan,” said Muela. And all this has an important impact on the media.
In addition, the president of Betis intervened, Angel Harowho pointed out that “on the Betis board we are very proud of the work of the Foundation and that the reach of the world of football must be used to improve society. We have to help others and we do it thanks to our network of collaboration such as volunteers, associations and friendly companies. An example has been the action in the Valencia catastrophe.
