Argüeso lawyers regret that they have not received “any notification” or access to the “totality of the cause”, which prevents them from knowing the content and scope “of the proceedings ordered by the instructor magistrate. The brief considers that the “fundamental right” of Emilio Argüeso is violated to an “effective defense.”
The former Autonomic Emergency Secretary is cited to declare, in a condition of investigated (accompanied by his lawyer), for April 11, two and a half hours after the ex -consistency Salome Pradas.
This is the second brief that the defense of the old senior position, which is exercised by clean hands José María Bueno Manzanares, directs the judge.
