Salomé Pradas, cited as investigated by the Judge of Catarroja on April 11, resorts to his imputation before the Valencia Hearing
The former Minister of Justice and Interior of the Generalitat Valenciana Salome Pradascharged in the case that investigates the management of the DANA of October 29, loads against the acting of the central government and points to the works of channels of Ríos, not carried out by previous administrations, such as the element that would have avoided the 228 deaths consequence of the tragedy.
It is also considered a “Turkish head” to which to attribute the criminal responsibility-entering that what happened should be resolved in the contentious-administrative jurisdiction-and ensures that that afternoon at the meeting of the Integrated Operational Coordination Center (Cecopi) there was a “dual command”, in reference to the Government delegate in the Valencian Community, Pilar Bernabé.
This is extracted from the appeal, consulted by ABC, that the then responsible for emergencies has filed at the Valencia hearing against the order to imput the head of the Court of First Instance and Instruction number 3 of Catarroja. Pradas is cited to declare as investigated, as well as the former Autonomous Emergency Secretary Emilio Argüeso, on April 11. His defense is directed by the lawyer and former magistrate Eduardo de Urbano.
