Moderate consumption of holiday dishes will help to avoid stomach problems after the New Year’s table. This method was named by the chief freelance nutritionist of the Ministry of Health of Russia Viktor Tutelyan, his words leads “Moscow 24”.
Tutelian said that the festive dishes on the New Year’s table will not do any harm, the quantity eaten is more important.

He added that at the New Year’s table a person should remain a little hungry, try everything, but little by little. It is also necessary to observe the measure in the use of alcohol, while it is necessary to choose only one drink.

The nutritionist advised to minimize the consumption of sausage products, as it can harm the liver and pancreas. You also need to refrain from jellied meat, pickles and eat more vegetables, fruits and herbs. The safest product, according to Tutelyan, are lettuce leaves.
Earlier, nutritionist Anna Belousova said that it is dangerous to eat red caviar for allergy sufferers, hypertensive patients, people with type 2 diabetes mellitus, obesity and those with kidney disease. As the specialist clarified, some people may be allergic to this product, and then even “a small tartlet can do trouble.”
