Culiacán, Sinaloa.- The municipal president of Culiacán, Jesús Estrada Ferreiro, He denied that his administration is going to give formats so that the disabled, retirees and pensioners have access to 50 percent discount in the drinking water tariff.
The above was in response to what was said this Friday by local deputy Serapio Vargas Ramírez, who stated that the manager of the Culiacán Drinking Water and Sewerage Board (japac), Jesús Higuera Laura, confirmed the start of delivery of formats for discounts.

“That is not true, we are going to give them formats, but for people who have financial insolvency, and the city council is going to pay in full and not for the 50 percent discounts,” he insisted.
He pointed out that deputy Serapio Vargas does not have the moral authority to speak, since he recalled that he owes the property tax and does not want to pay it. “That he doesn’t pay it and we are going to seize his house, I don’t worry,” he reiterated.
