The Court of First Instance number 39 of Barcelona has denied on Monday the provisional suspension of the distribution and sale of the book Hateby Luisgé Martín, which includes the confession of José Breton about the murder of his two children, as reported on Monday the Superior Court of Justice of Catalonia (TSJC). It was the Minors Prosecutor who had requested the precautionary suspension, although the judge considers that there is no place.
