The Granada City Council has recommended to all municipal workers that they have means for teleworking who do not go to work this Wednesday given the orange rain warning decreed by the State Meteorological Agency (Aemet), which affects the Genil basin, including the capital, and the Granada coast.
The council recalls that, according to the decree law that modified the occupational risk prevention law, when adverse meteorological phenomena occur it will be Aemet is in charge of establishing the alert level which will force companies to activate different security protocols contemplated in their risk prevention plans.
