In the post-pandemic era, attention towards health has undergone an epochal turning point, reflecting a profound change in Italian society. And it is precisely the link between health habits and different generational sensitivities that is the topic of the research, conducted by Luiss in collaboration with Merck Italia and presented during the conference “Emerging healthcare trends. A closer look across generations”. The intergenerational study, which for the first time explored the opinions of the Alpha generation, born since 2010, revealed that concern about health has never been higher, now also involving the younger generations in a way comparable to their parents . This change is a symptom of an evolution in the very concept of health, no longer understood only in a physical sense, but also mental and relational, depending on the different generations.
