Livesport has acquired 100% of the Malaga live football results company BeSoccer, an operation with which the Czech firm adds 25 million monthly users to Flashscoreits subsidiary specialized in live sports information. The until now majority owner of BeSoccer, the man from Malaga Manuel Herediawill join the board of directors as an advisor.
The operation covers the entities BeSoccer, BeSoccer Pro and Soccer Resultseach of which will bring “distinctive advantages and specialist knowledge” to the Livesport portfolio.
“This acquisition – the amount of which has not been disclosed – expands Livesport’s portfolio and its 100 million monthly user base in 25 million additional users, especially strengthening its coverage in the Spanish and French speaking markets,” Livesport highlighted in a statement.
“The acquisition of BeSoccer will significantly strengthen our position in the Spanish and French speaking countrieswhere BeSoccer has a solid user base. Its product and its territorial reach perfectly complement Flashscore, especially in football,” highlighted the president of the Livesport board of directors, Martin Hájek.
