The courts have declared two of the three missing persons in the province of Valencia during the floods of the Dana on October 29, which elevates the total calculation of deaths in that catastrophe to 227.
As confirmed to EFE from the Superior Court of Justice of the Valencian Community, it is two men: Francisco Ruiz, 64, disappeared in Montserrat after saving his two 5 and 10 -year -old grandchildren on the roof of his car; and José Javier Vicent, 56, who was driving along with his daughter (whose body was more than 60 kilometers).
The lawyers of the administration of justice of two courts (the first instance and instruction 3 of Picassent and the first instance 2 of Valencia) have issued this month two decrees in which the legal deaths of both men declare.
The voluntary jurisdiction file relative to the third missing person, a woman, Elisabeth Gil, 37 years old and mother of two children, appeared by her relatives after the previous ones and is going in process in a court in Requena.
