The priest, who is released with charges, has replicated that “He is perplexed” since he knew that five parents had filed a complaint Against his person: «Since I knew I am like shock. I can add, if it serves, I had a past as secretary of our founder (…) A past that pursues me as a stigma, ”he confessed to the judge on duty.
An article in the religious press led students to demand that he be thrown out of school. «A year and a half ago, an article of 2014 circulated among the parents in which it appeared as secretary of the founder of the Legionaries of Christ, and I suppose that in the article they would say things to recriminate the behavior [de Marcial Maciel] for their relationship with minors. My only explanation is that this has generated that stir again, ”he said.
Marcelino was denounced on March 6 for the surroundings of one of the minor allegedly attacked.
