José Luis Restán: Decisive for the future of the European continent

They also warn that any peace agreement, to be fair and durable, must fully respect international law, be backed by effective security guarantees and establish the conditions for Ukrainian families to live a dignified, safe and free life in their sovereign and independent homeland. In the opinion of European bishops, to establish peace, The international community will contribute to the reconstruction of Ukraineand the Russian aggressor should also participate properly in that effort.

But it is a guide to live in justice and freedom in this world of confusion and violence.
