The Egyptian journalist, Iyad Daoud, passed away today, Sunday, at the age of 39.
The brother of the late, journalist and politician Khaled Daoud, told Al-Watan newspaper that the death was the result of complications from infection with the Corona virus.
Iyad Daoud was exposed to a health crisis some time ago, as a result of which he was taken to the hospital, and he passed away yesterday, Saturday.
Iyad Daoud, born in 1983, brother of writer Khaled Daoud, graduated from the American University and studied theater acting. At the beginning of his career, he presented the “Shabbak” program with the late journalist Amr Samir, on Dream Screen.
During his artistic career, Iyad presented a number of theatrical works that amounted to 15 theatrical works. He also participated in several television works, most notably: “The Preacher”, “The Price” and “Disengagement”.
