Tesla is looking forward to receiving the final green light to start production at its new one Gigafactory in Berlin. In this sense, tomorrow could be decisive, considering that the German state of Brandenburg has convened a press conference in which it will announce its decision on the final approval of the factory. It is now several months that the car company led by Elon Musk awaits a definitive answerhaving already obtained final approval from the state environmental office in Brandenburg.
“There approval procedure for the electric car and battery Gigafactory of the US company Tesla in Gruenheide in Brandenburg is nearing completion – let the state government know – We will announce it tomorrow at a press conference at the State Chancellery in Potsdam ”. Between the pandemic, the German bureaucracy and the environmental issue, Tesla’s Berlin plant has suffered several delays in recent months, but now it seems that an end can be put: the details regarding the approval decision of the factory will be revealed during the press conference by the premier of the state of Brandenburg, Dietmar Woidke. The final green light should arrive tomorrow therefore, but this does not mean that Tesla will be immediately ready to start production on site: before this happens, in fact, the company led by Elon Musk will have to meet additional requirements environmental. In short, it is not yet time for Tesla to cheer.
