Between moments of terror and mystical fantasy, the Japanese capital also needs a hero to take care of the animals.
If we talk about the next project of Tango Gameworks, we could spend a good time commenting on its technical benefits: features that place it perfectly in the next-gen, PC requirements that promise spectacular battles, dubbing into Spanish… But, what about the world of GhostWire: Tokyo? Bethesda has wanted to put aside the graphic to focus on a relevant detail of the Japanese capital: their animals.
The dogs will guide us to rewards such as Meika (in-game currency) or collectiblesAs shared by the official account of the distributor on Instagram, it seems that the dogs will not be a mere detail in the city and will have a relevant role for those players who want to complete the quest 100%. If we take care of them and feed them, they will reward us with Meika (the currency of the game) and can lead us to hidden collectibles.
And the news about this human-animal bond does not end here, since the mystical powers of the protagonist will also allow us to understand the language of dogs. As you can see in the short video published by Bethesda, we will have the opportunity to have a small conversation with these animals (although they will answer with barking) before providing us with the reward.
Beyond this curious and adorable detail, GhostWire: Tokyo is preparing an adventure full of specters and monstrosities from the japanese mythology. A couple of weeks ago, Tango Gameworks presented a gameplay with which we could check the game’s mystical spells and some spectacular battles that promise to put us the creeps.
