Stellantis confirms the employee bonus for 2021: this is a bonus equal to 6% of the reference salary, which corresponds to approx 1,400 euros on average. In a note Stellantis Italia announces that it has communicated the values of the salary bonus, which will be disbursed this month to the employees of the group, in relation to the production efficiency objectives set out in the specific collective bargaining agreement. The results vary according to the performance, measured with the indicators provided for by the Contract, achieved by each production unit.

He comments on the results of the annual efficiency bonus communicated by the company and which stands at “on average at 6% of the conventional annual base pay of 21,754.72 euros for the first professional area, 23,346.57 euros for the second professional area and 28,652.52 euro for the third professional area: the prize in absolute terms therefore becomes, respectively, 1,305 euro, 1,401 euro and 1,719 euro “.
