The Orchard.- On Tuesday morning, a serious accident occurred on the El Vergel-Guadalupe y Calvo highway, which left three police officers injured and caused considerable material damage.
The accident triggered a strong mobilization by the emergency authorities, who arrived at the scene to provide first aid to those affected.
When emergency personnel arrived, they located a van with State Police logos in a ravine. Three officers were traveling inside, who suffered several injuries; the driver lost control of the vehicle.
Minutes later, they were transferred to a hospital to receive specialized medical attention. Fortunately, they were reported to be out of danger.
