Spider-Man: no way home arrives in Peruvian cinemas on Thursday, December 16, the date on which we will finally know if the ‘Spideys’ of Tobey Maguirre and Andrew Garfield will be present in the film, which would confirm the multiverse.
The new advertising video features a variety of new clips showing the villains who will appear in the next film. What stands out the most, however, are the two new glances towards Electro, with one shot of the villain using his powers and the other in what appears to be a high-visibility jacket. “Look at this place and all the possibilities”, says the ‘sinister’.

On the other hand, the preview highlights the Statue of Liberty of Captain America. For a few seconds, the hero’s shield can be seen at the top of the monument.
Jamie Foxx as Electro
The actor first appeared as Electro in The amazing Spider-Man 2 (2014), alongside Andrew Garfield as Spider-Man. In 2020 it was announced, by Foxx himself, that he would play the same role in No way home with a post on Instagram; however, he ended up quickly erasing it. Shortly after, when asked about the character, Foxx sheepishly replied: “I can’t talk about it, but if I’m in it, I’ll be very happy.”.
One of the more recent teasers also revealed that Electro will appear to be using Stark technology in the next movie, as evidenced by the arc reactor on his chest. Fans believe this not only enhances his suit, but also explains why the character is no longer blue, as shown in The amazing Spider-Man 2.
