Ambient lighting and a built-in portable speaker add appeal to the cabin.
The front passenger seat offers comfort and safety with innovative airbag solutions and functions such as heating, ventilation and massage. The Concept #5 also integrates the artificial intelligence of Cerenceallowing conversations with an on-board virtual assistant and voice control of various vehicle functions, from music to navigation.
Electric all-wheel drive
Smart has not released precise details on the technical specifications of the Concept #5, but it is speculated that it will have all-wheel drive with a electric motor per axle. Thanks to the powertrain architecture a 800Vthe car will be able to recharge quickly, with the company declaring charging times of 15 minutes to go from 10% to 80% batterywhich will have a capacity greater than 100 kWh. The declared autonomy will exceed 550km.
Price, when it arrives
The price of this electric off-road vehicle from Smart will greatly exceed 50,000 euros. The arrival on the market is scheduled for 2025; the concept, in fact, only anticipates the stylistic characteristics of the new model.
