Skull & Bones it appears to be making progress, with the Ubisoft game expected to enter one soon beta phase within the studios, therefore not yet in a playable version for the public but already properly attempted by the developers and control personnel, which suggests a possible presence at theE3 2022.
This is the information that comes, once again, from the usual Tom Henderson, which has recently been climbing the ranks of journalists / insiders when it comes to the amount of information released on the internet through Twitter in particular. Obviously, these are still rumors, so let’s take them as absolutely unconfirmed information from Ubisoft.
This is good news though, considering that Skull & Bones also seemed strongly a risk, having entered what appears to be a classic “development hell”. In fact, we recall that the Ubisoft pirate game had even been presented at E3 2017, and was systematically postponed from year to year until an as yet undefined date in the future.
In the meantime, it seems to have gone through several more or less radical redesigns that have somewhat modified its structure, but perhaps it may have finally found its final form. According to some rumors, it was originally an Assassin’s Creed expansion that later became the new IP, while new details on gameplay and status of the work arrived last September.
Yesterday, Tom Henderson reported that he had news of the entry into the internal beta phase expected in the next period, with the possibility that the game could be shown at E3 2022, we’ll see.
