Kerttu Niskanen strengthened his position in the fight for the victory in the world cup of normal distances.
Kerttu Niskanen took his second win of the season at the Ski World Cup when he was the fastest in the 10 km (p) race in Falun, Sweden on Friday.
Niskanen was superior, as second placed Germany Katharina Hennig lost 16 seconds.
In December, Niskanen won this same distance in Beitostölen, Norway.
At a profit Niskanen strengthened his position in the fight for the victory in the World Cup of standard distances. The difference with the USA, which is second to Jessie Diggins grew significantly, with one race of normal distances remaining. It will be skied in about a week in Lahti.
