Culiacán.- The second application for declaration of provenance (outrage) of the State Attorney General’s Office against the licensed mayor, Jesus Estrada Ferreirowas received today in the afternoon by the State Congress, in the face of accusations of alleged diversion of public resources in public contracts carried out by public servants of the Culiacán City Council.
At the meeting of the Political Coordination Board at night, it was announced that the session on Tuesday, June 7 at 11:00 a.m. will be held behind closed doors and in secret, due to the concern of legislators from that Estrada Ferreiro and sympathizers burst into the legislative chamber.
This Tuesday, the declaration requests of the state prosecutor’s office will be read, for the complaint of abuse of authority, discrimination and diversion of public resources, which will be the only point of agreement.
