Mexico City.- Minutes before midnight on Tuesday, he landed in the Mexico City International Airport (AICM), the second rescue flight that repatriated compatriots evacuated from Ukraine due to the war after the incursion of Russian troops.
After several hours of travel, the plane Boeing 737 of the Mexican Air Force arrived in Mexico from Romania with Mexicans and family members of evacuees from Ukraine.
This humanitarian flight lasted almost 24 hours, during this time, the Army plane made three stops, in Ireland and Canada to finally land in Mexico City at the stroke of midnight.
The flight brought to Mexico 57 nationals, five Peruvian-Ukrainian citizens and five pets of people evacuated due to the conflict.

This is the second trip made by the Mexican government. This new trip departed from Romania last Tuesday at approximately 8 in the morning, local time in Mexico, after having remained since Saturday in Bucharest, Romania to rescue the evacuees, in addition to carrying 1.5 tons of humanitarian aid for the refugees.
