This week published on the page of the Tax Administration Service a project of miscellaneous fiscal rules that includes a series of extensions, the most important being the one related to payroll, which is presented below.
What does this payroll extension mean for companies?
Employers will have more time to update their payroll software and, above all, to obtain proof of the tax status of their workers to validate data such as the Postal Code, necessary information in Payroll 4.0
As the header indicates, said extension is only for payroll, but not for invoices, it is clarified since in some media there was misinformation on this subject
Another of the extensions indicated in this publication is that individual taxpayers of the Simplified Trust Regime (RESICO) will have until March 31, 2023 to obtain their electronic signature (FIEL)
The SAT issued a statement 053/2022, which can be consulted at:

Recommendations:
- Patrons Natural Persons.- Obtain from your workers the necessary data for payroll issuance with new data no later than March 31, 2023
- RESICO Individuals.- If they do not have FIEL, process before the deadline of March 31, 2023
