Senegalese striker Sadio Mané He will be a Bayern Munich player next season after reaching an agreement between the German club and Liverpool, according to German media reports.

The Sky channel and the newspapers “Bild” and “Süddeutsche Zeitung” assure that Bayern will pay 32 million fixed euros for the player and up to 9 million in variables, and that
Mané will sign a three-year contract with Bayern.

Mané could become successor to Robert Lewandowski, if in the end the transfer of the Polish striker takes place.

Mané can also play as a winger, so his presence in the German team would be compatible with the permanence of Lewandowski, who has a contract with Bayern until 2023.

Mané, 30, played for Salzburg between 2012 and 2014. He then moved to Southhampton and later, in 2016, to Liverpool for 41 million euros. In 263 games in the English league, Mané scored 111 goals and gave 47 assists.

The signing of Mané, in the absence of official confirmation, would be Bayern’s third for next season after that of the side Noussair Mazraoui and midfielder Ryan Gravenberch, both from Ajax.
