Jason Miller, a former Trump aide, said that the latter’s “health has improved” since leaving office, losing about 12 kilograms of weight, and “he is now happier and more comfortable”, and is “more brown” because of his exposure to the sun for longer periods.
In an interview with the British “GB News” station, Miller attributed the changes in Trump to the fact that “there is no kitchen at his disposal all day and every day.”
Miller, who served as Trump’s spokesman for a short period after leaving the White House, also said that the former president plays golf at his Florida residence.
Trump has long admitted to an unhealthy diet, as he was famous for his love of fast foods, especially pizza and burgers, in addition to sweets, knowing that the residents of the White House enjoy food from the kitchen around the clock.
Trump also had a button on his presidential desk that, when pressed, called someone to bring him a low-sugar soda.
Trump left the White House on January 20 without admitting defeat in favor of incumbent Democratic President Joe Biden, as he continued his approach of questioning the validity of the election results.
