The mother has been arrested as the alleged perpetrator of the abduction as well as her sentimental partner
The National Police have found in good condition in Cadalso de los Vidrios (Madrid) the three brothers who on November 14 were abducted by their mother from the Mother Teresa de Aranjuez supervised center where they resided. As reported by the National Police in its official Twitter account, the mother has been arrested as the alleged perpetrator of the abduction, as well as her sentimental partner, who accuse her of covering up.
The alarms went off on November 14, when the minors, who had left the center to spend a few hours with their mother, did not return throughout the day on Sunday. Faced with this situation, the Community of Madrid, which has the guardianship of minors of 9, 7 and 5 years, gave the notice of the disappearance.
Although the parents, separated, had lost custody of the minors in 2016 due to the neglect of their children, they did have permission for scheduled visits. However, the father had more allowances, the minors being able to spend some weekends at home.
The mother, however, did not have such permission, so the father declared that as a result of “despair” at losing guardianship vis-à-vis the father, he could have taken them away.
The now detained, 27, had a long criminal history and had been missing since last November 15. Neither at her home nor at her contact telephone number they found the woman and her car was damaged, so it was thought that she had taken the children by train.
Faced with this situation, the investigation focused on the security cameras of public transport, as well as the possibility that they had departed for Cordoba, where they could have sought refuge and are looking for it in the security cameras of public transport, especially the that serve the capital Madrid and Córdoba, cities where it was suspected that he might have sought refuge.
