Red Dead Redemption could finally land on PCaccording to some references found in Rockstar Games website code which explicitly describe the new edition of the game.
It would in all respects be the remaster of Red Dead Redemption released last August 17th on PS4 and Nintendo Switch, with a Game of the Year Edition style package that also includes the Undead Nightmare expansion.
“Travel across the sands of the American West and Mexico in Red Dead Redemption and its zombie-themed expansion, Undead Nightmare, now available on PC,” reads the leaked code. A official announcement will it arrive soon?
Without limits, this time
As you no doubt remember, there was quite a bit of controversy over the 30 fps limit initially imposed on the remaster of Red Dead Redemption even if it was run in backward compatibility on PS5, a limit fortunately later removed with an update.
In all likelihood the possible PC version of the game will not have to submit to similar constraints and indeed it will be able to push harder to make better use of the components of modern configurations, also in terms of resolution and effects.
For the moment, however, we are still talking about a rumor: we will see in the next few days (or perhaps in the next few hours) whether this information is true or not.
