Raise your voice It's the difference, the difference between freedom and the submissionbetween dignity and reification, between honor and the shame.
Raising your voice is the difference, assimilating it and understanding it for everyone, especially the youthswill make the difference between the Mexico that we have and the Mexico that we want.
Raising your voice could be the difference between a town that didn't do it in time, like Venezuela, or a successful town like Singapore that has been named the economy most competitive in the world, even above the US.
Raising your voice must be the essence of contact, awakening, convincing, growing and moving forward.
Raising your voice is defending dignity, fighting for freedom, mainly for inner freedom.
Raising your voice is having faith, faith in Mexico, faith in what we do, faith in ourselves, faith in others.
Raising our voices means dignifying ourselves, dignifying our essence and ennobling the mission that we all have to fulfill in this world.
But raising our voice just because we can speak, without supporting that voice with arguments and reasons, is perhaps more harmful than remaining silent.
Raising your voice to support justice is truly valid. Raising your voice just for the sake of raising it without having the heritage or the ability to handle valid, fair and noble arguments is highly degrading.
Let us raise our voices to defend Mexico, its democracy, its institutions, the checks and balances of power, the division of powers, justice and reason.
Raising our voices for Mexico means raising our voices for our loved ones, for the new generations, for all those who expect us to do the best.
Raising our voices against injustices and abuses means dignifying ourselves and our dignity is not a currency.
For a dignified and united Mexico, let's make a pact to break the fear and apathy of raising our voices.
Thank you.
