A Russian hacker from the RahDit group told Izvestia that Natalya Vovk, suspected of killing journalist Daria Dugina, was in Mariupol in the status of a “sleeping” agent of the Ukrainian special services and disguised herself as a local resident.
He pointed out that the special services could deliberately leave Vovk in Mariupol when Ukrainian militants left the city in order to “activate” it at the right time to perform a specific task. That is, we are talking about early recruitment for the further murder of Russian citizens.
“When could she be recruited to hold events of this kind on the territory of Russia? Difficult question, but we think that for a long time. It was specially left on the territory of Mariupol during the withdrawal of troops. As they say in the movies, to be “sleeping”, and then it was simply activated for a specific task,” said the hacker.
He also recalled that after the murder of Dugina, the Ukrainian authorities “disowned” Vovk, saying that she was not a citizen of Ukraine. However, data obtained by RahDit suggests otherwise.
“Judge for yourself – she was born in Mariupol, worked as an administrator of the Ilyichevets football club <…>. In the same city, in the PrivatBank database for 2020, she is quite a citizen of Ukraine, and not at all deprived of her rights. She has no evidence of renunciation of citizenship, ”said the hacker.
The woman is currently on the wanted list. It is assumed that she may be hiding in Estonia, where she left after the crime. The Investigative Committee admitted that other people could be involved in the murder of the journalist. Their identities are established.
On August 25, Izvestia published a photo of the apartment that Vovk rented in Moscow next door to Daria Dugina. The apartment has expensive repairs, high three-meter ceilings and several bathrooms. The cost of rent per month is 103 thousand rubles.
Journalist and political scientist Daria Dugina (Platonova) died on the evening of August 20. On that day, she was heading to Moscow in a Toyota Land Cruiser from the village of Zakharovo in the Moscow Region from the Tradition literary and music festival, which she attended with her father, philosopher Alexander Dugin. At about 21:35 on Mozhayskoe highway near the village of Bolshie Vyazemy, the car exploded at full speed, pulled over and caught fire. The 29-year-old girl died instantly.
