Sinaloa.- In walkers, with canes, crutches and even in wheelchairs, citizens have hours waiting to the outskirts of the Health Center in Culiacán to be treated and grant the Certificate of Disability which is an essential requirement for be able to sign up in the program for Welfare of Persons with Disabilities of the Federal Government that began last Monday.
Through a call, citizen Diana explained that many of the people already have this medical certificate from the ISSSTE and IMSS, but that welfare personnel assured them that it is not valid and that it has to be the one granted by the Health Center. .
He stated that, upon arriving at this place, personnel who work in this institution came out and told them that they would check if they could give them this certificate and that they would have to wait a little longer.
