Why did the agents stop him?
This is the story of the dog driving a mini Mercedes Benz and suddenly it comes stopped by Australian police officers. Who knows, maybe he didn’t have a license to drive that vehicle? Or maybe he was going a little too fast with his car whizzing through the middle of the road? Here’s everything that happened to the poor little dog.
The police in the West Heidelberg suburb of Victoria, in Australia, recently made a rather unusual stop in city traffic. Last month he spotted a dog driving an electric Mercedes Benz and had to stop him.
Quiet and stop everyone. The animal did not drive a real SUV, but a toy model. And it wasn’t even on the street, but on the sidewalk. But then why did they stop the cute little dog?
According to reports from the Herald Sun, senior police chief Lynda Giblett personally arrested the little dog who was driving the Mercedes at the time. When he saw it he had to investigate further.
After pulling over, the officer discovered that Buddy wasn’t actually driving, but was the passenger in a remote-controlled toy Mercedes car that small children usually use. AND Terri, its owner, was behind driving it safely onto the sidewalk.
Dog drives a mini Mercedes-Benz – that’s why the police stopped him
Buddy is 107, according to the dog count, and he is deaf and blind. His best human friend takes him in his SUV whenever he needs some fresh air. And the police smiled at the situation:
We couldn’t believe our eyes. Of course, we had to stop and take a look. It absolutely made our day.
Buddy doesn’t have a driver’s license, but he hasn’t received any charges. It’s not a threat to the community at all, so it’s free to go.
