Helsinki A tram derailed on Mikonkatu around ten o’clock on Tuesday morning. Urban transport traffic controller Juuso Peltonen according to the situation there was no danger.

No one was injured in the situation. The passengers were immediately let out of the tram.
Pasilan the 7-line trams operating between the station and the West Terminal ran a temporary detour, and two stops were left outside the usual route.
The derailed tram was brought back to its tracks with the help of a clearing truck and airbags. According to Peltonen, the wagon was pulled and driven slowly in order to get the wagon back into its tracks.
Around 10:40 the situation was over and the 7 line was able to continue on its usual route.
