Prince of Persia: The Sands of Time Remake, updates from Ubisoft

Bad news for fans of Prince of Persia and not only. During the day today they arrived from Ubisoft updates regarding the publication schedule of their products, and unfortunately the timelines for some long-awaited titles seem to have lengthened. First of all, as the title suggests, Prince of Persia: The Sands of Time Remake, which according to the updates would not have a release period yet, but with the development still proceeding fast.

The first release of the game was scheduled for January 2021, but an incredibly negative reaction from the public regarding the quality of the game (based on a trailer of the game not really excellent) caused it to be postponed on a couple of occasions, so much so that we think that the work has practically started from scratch.

Be this, be it The Division Heartland they would be on schedule for the company’s next fiscal year (ending March 31, 2023). The free to play spin-off of The Division is preparing to be a stand alone experience, which according to the statements will put us in front of a new perspective. Certainly a bitter mouthful, but we hope that the final quality of the titles is worth the wait.

A few minutes of games have arrived on the net in the form of a leak, as well as other information about the game, however we are still far from having a crystal clear picture of the situation of the new title.

It was also the same end Rocksmith +, Rocksmith’s interesting evolutionary music title that was previously expected this summer, will arrive in the next fiscal year.

Below we propose the official Tweet, with the updates that the developers have published about it Prince of Persia: The Sands of Time Remake.
