Power | Orvokki Väätänen, 92, wanted to buy an ordinary television – Everything went wrong

92-year-old Orvokki Väätänen in a service building did not know how to use the new television he bought from Power and asked for help. A small-font, 268-page guidebook arrived in the mail.

Home appliance chain Power was sold to a 92-year-old Orvokki to Väätänen the introduction of television and computer as an additional paid service, which turned out to be disappointing.

“The installer just put the TV in place on the shelf, partly in front of the board,” says Väätänen, who lives in the service building. “But I couldn't find Finnish channels on it at all.”
