Police | A child died in a hot car in Eastern Finland

In a parked car, the temperature can rise up to more than four times compared to the outside temperature.

Under A 15-year-old child died from the heat inside a car at the beginning of the week, informs the police of Eastern Finland.

When the helpers arrived, it was noticeably hot inside the car. The child in the car was found dead. First aid was started immediately, but unfortunately it was no longer helpful, the police release states.

No crime is suspected in the matter. The police are investigating the matter to determine the cause of death.

In such a situation, children and people with reduced mobility may not know or be able to get out on their own.
