Atlus would have revealed, probably by mistake, the existence of the versions PC and Nintendo Switch from Persona 5 Royal, one of his most loved and acclaimed RPGs, in a list with prizes for a Halloween contest dedicated to who will sew the best costumes of his characters, the Atlus-O-Weenie 2021.
The two unpublished versions Persona 5: Royal are listed as awards for the “ATLUS Best in Show Prize Pack”:
Of course, nothing excludes that it could be a error, but honestly we wouldn’t be very surprised to see Persona 5 Royal arrive on PC and Nintendo Switch, given the success of other ports, such as Persona 4: Golden.

As always in these cases, it is better not to take anything for granted, waiting for official communications from Atlus or SEGA (which owns Atlus). In the meantime, go and reread the review of the PS4 version of Persona 5 Royal for more details.
UPDATE: Shortly after the publication of the news, the official page was updated correcting what seemed to be an error in effect: the game in question was in fact Persona 5 Strikers, not Persona 5 Royal.
