Actor Sean Penn wants the President of Ukraine to speak at the Oscars. Penn, an American who has won two Oscars, has vowed to publicly melt his own trophies unless the Oscar Academy requests Volodymyr Zelenskyia to speak live next night’s gala evening. He tells about it Variety.
