Among the multiple revelations Vegapunk stated that Joy Boy he was the first pirate in history, who lived about 900 years earlier. What will happen now? The previous chapter doesn’t really add much to what we already knew. Strange, isn’t it? It’s not exactly like Oda to keep readers breathing down their necks for months and then reveal almost nothing of what was expected. Finally Vegapunk concludes that the dark century still remains a mystery to him too, but he knows for sure that there is a pirate crew that has managed to learn the truth and after discovering the One Piece on Laugh Tale they decided to retreat and do nothing. Vegapunk wonders why they behave. The scene finally shifts up Drunk Rayleigh who rails against Vegapunk stating that old people shouldn’t ruin all the fun for young people.

Despite expectations 1117 will be long in coming. Unfortunately, a break has been announced for this week. The reason behind this interruption is not known, but we know it will only last a week. One Piece will return to the pages of Shonen Jump with the chapter 1117 Sunday June 16th.
However, there is no shortage of hints spread by Redon online in recent days. Some hints suggest that 1117 will reveal something new about Imu-sama and Nefertari Lili, who we know are somehow connected.
Another hint instead seems to recall the Roger’s crew and why they didn’t act after discovering all the secrets about the dark ages.
