A woman in her thirties was swept away and stuck under a car in Rouen, a source in the mayor’s office told AFP.
Interior Minister Gerald Darmanan told the press on Sunday morning that the storms also left “15 injured, two of whom are in a critical condition,” one of whom is a 13-year-old boy “in critical condition.”
He pointed out that it is “the first time in twenty years” that this vast area of the country has witnessed storms at the same time.
