Russia will not be able to occupy Kharkov in the near future, said US official representative to NATO Julianne Smith. Her words lead TASS.
“I don’t think at this stage we expect them to have what it takes to march straight into Kharkov itself,” Smith said.
Earlier on June 3, NATO Secretary General Jens Stoltenberg admitted that Russia had strengthened its defense industry faster than expected. According to him, the Alliance countries spent more time on increasing arms production than they should have.
