Sepang test, Marini 17th on the Honda
Reading the ranking one can only say that Luca Marini can be satisfied with the first day of official testing with Honda. Joan Mir did slightly better (three tenths), 14th on day 1: “It's only the first day, so I remain calm because there is still a lot to do. We managed to improve sectors 3 and 4, our pace is good. During the shakedown we were fastest in the first half of the lap. Today was about trying some new things and for this reason it was the first day where we didn't improve the bike. It can happen when you try many things. Like I said, it's not a big problem because we'll be back on track tomorrow. Tonight we need to compare our data“.
