Reds on the attack
Since last September 3, when Aleix Espargarò won the Catalan Grand Prix aboard his trusty Aprilia, MotoGP has transformed into a Ducati single color. The Borgo Panigale manufacturer – with the recent success of 'Pecco's Lusail, Bagnaia has managed to sign 10 consecutive victories, his best streak since racing in the premier class.

A clear dominance
As with Red Bull and Max Verstappen in Formula 1 (with the former achieving 15 consecutive wins last year and the latter 10 – and currently on an active streak of 9), Ducati is dominating its category. Six Bolognese bikes in the top 7 of Qatar 2024 give a good idea.
With 10 consecutive victories, Ducati has equaled Honda in 2003 (that of Gibernau, Biaggi and Rossi) and has put Honda 2014 in the sights, which achieved 12 consecutive first places, 11 with Marc Marquez and 1 with Dani Pedrosa.
How long has it been since the others won?
Said oflast Aprilia success of 10 GPs ago with Aleix Espargarò in Catalunya, Honda hasn't won in 18 GPs (Alex Rins in Austin), the 24 GP KTM (Miguel Oliveira in Thailand in 2022), the 31 GP Yamaha (Fabio Quartararo at Sachsenring 2022). Bizarre to note how the last victory of the retreating Suzuki – obtained by Alex Rins in Valencia 2022 – was more recent than those of KTM and Yamaha: just 21 GPs ago.
