In 2021 the team Ducati Pramac got his first MotoGP victory at the Red Bull Ring thanks to Jorge Martin. The structure of the owner Paolo Campinoti has forged a long list of riders who then moved on to the official team of the Borgo Panigale house – a list that includes Andrea Iannone, Danilo Petrucci and the current couple formed by Francesco Bagnaia and Jack Miller – and at the end of the season in surprise the Pramac team recorded the passage of team manager Francesco Guidotti to drive the KTM.
The Austrian house in 2020 seemed to have set the stage for a definitive explosion in MotoGP that did not happen in 2021 and the leaders of Mattighofen have decided to focus on Guidotti to better channel the potential available. Guidotti, after leading the Pramac team to the stage success, evidently considered the KTM offer to be indispensable.

The Pramac team has made official who will be the successor of Francesco Guidotti at the helm of the team, which has opted for an internal solution. The former team coordinator, Claudio Calabresi, has now been promoted to the position of team manager. The team that has two factory Ducati at its disposal will still have Jorge Martin and Johann Zarco in the garage, a decidedly competitive couple, with the Spaniard who after the experience accumulated in the rookie season will start with great ambitions, even for the title.
