The Electoral Institute of Mexico City (IECM) resolved a series of sanctioning procedures, derived from complaints in the elections in the country's capital, among which are that Morena officials and politicians, such as the candidate Clara Brugada Molinathey must delete all publications that relate Santiago Taboada to the Real Estate Cartel.
The IECM Complaints Commission determined that this was based on a special sanctioning process on the violation of the principles of impartiality, neutrality and equity in the electoral contest for the Head of Government in CDMX.

Especially the use of phrases “Real estate cartel”, “Corruption Cartel” as well as derogatory expressions about the possible constitution of the criminal conduct of the candidate of the PAN-PRI-PRD coalition, such as “Santiago Tajada” and “Santiago Tajada, mafia candidate”.
To this resolution is added as a precautionary measure the withdrawal of some publications made on social networks, such as X, Facebook, Tik Tok and others, as well as ordering those likely responsible to refrain from making publications of this type on any social network or media. communication in the future.
Especially where slanderous statements “without legal basis” are made against Santiago Taboada Cortina, concluded the IECM.
Finally, for influencing the electoral process, Morena politicians and officials must attack the elimination of social media publications in which they link the candidate of the “Va X la CDMX” alliance to the Head of Government, Santiago Taboada, with crime. organized crimes or acts of corruption.
